How do I enroll myself / my child in your school?
To enroll in any one of our programs, you need to sign up for a trial class for the program first. The trial signup form can be found on our home page or on the page for the specific course. Then, shortly after, one of our representatives will get in touch with you as soon as possible to walk you through the process of enrolling.
How are your classes taken?
Once your child enrolls in our course, we will contact you and determine the schedule best suited for you. The link to the class (done through video conference) will be emailed to you at least 24 hours in advance.
How long are your courses?
Our courses vary in length by course complexity. Please see the course details on the home page for exact course duration. For all of our courses, we prefer the students attend two classes a week. However, if that schedule doesn’t work, please let us know, and we can determine the best schedule for you.
How long are the classes?
Our classes are a maximum of 40 mins long. According to education experts, an average 6-year-old has an attention span of 12-18 mins. Even for adults, this number is not much higher (~20 mins). Since we do not want to overwork or tire out the student, we optimize our lessons by limiting it to only 40 mins. You can read more on attention spans here and here.
Will the same teacher take classes for the entirety of the program?
Yes, a teacher will be assigned to the student for the entirety of the program. We believe that it is imperative to create a trusting relationship with the teacher for maximum retention and impactful learning. If there is a mismatch, let us know, and we will assign a new teacher.
I am interested in enrolling multiple students, can I have both of them attend the course?
Yes you can. We do provide a discount for families with two or more students enrolled in our programs. Reach out to us to learn more.
If you don’t take tests, how would I know that the student is learning?
There are many ways to know that the student is learning. We have continuous assessment tools placed with our trained teachers to let you, as well as us, know how the student is doing in the course.
Do you assign homeworks for the students?
Yes. We also have supplemental workbooks that the student can use to practice what is being taught. These are fun activity books that will keep the student engaged for a long time.
What happens if I miss a class?
We understand that life happens – we connect you to the teacher directly so you can communicate any schedule changes ASAP. However, if you do end up missing a class, we typically are able to reschedule it within a few days.
Why do you have to do a pre-assessment before enrolling?
We believe that each student is unique. We try to place the student with the teacher and the curriculum best suited with the student’s needs. The pre-assessment is vital in order to provide you with high quality education that you seek.
Do you have a payment plan for purchasing courses?
We have two payment options for you to choose from. You can subscribe to a monthly payment plan or you can pay for the full course with a discount.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?
Contact us at [email protected] or message us through our Facebook page, and one of our representative will connect with you shortly.
What is your refund policy?
If you have paid for the full course and have decided that you want to withdraw your child, we do offer the remaining balance (classes that have not been done) paid back to you, minus a 20% administrative fee.
